How long have you been making PCB&PCBA?
We have been making PCBs for more than 15 years. We built our assembly plant and begin the assembly business in 2008. -
Can you assemble the boards not made by you?
Currently, we do not use others’ PCBs to assemble at our facilities. We offer PCB fabrication, parts sourcing, and PCB assembly in a continuous and smooth manner to save our customers time and money. -
What documents do you need for production&assembly?
PCB Gerber files, BOM, Pick and Place files, etc., also we accept samples to do PCB copy and BOM generation. -
Are my PCB files safe when I submit them to you?
We respect the customer’s copyright and will never manufacture PCB for someone else with your files. -
How do you request the shipping and marking of the parts for the consigned or kitted order?
We hope you can mark on any individual package or box with the corresponding line number on BOM, manufacturer’s part# or customer’s part#, quantities. A detailed packing list is preferred to enable us to count and check upon receipt of your parts. -
Can you source parts for PCB assembly?
Yes, it is an important step of our one-stop solution. We own powerful parts supply chains and parts analytic processing, in case parts crossing or substitution is needed, we will ask for your final approval. -
Are you capable of BGA assembly?
Yes, We have the ability to handle BGA of 0.25mm pitch with X-ray testing. -
How do you handle the excessive and unused parts?
Excessive parts do exist because we will ask for some percentage of overage for consigned/kitted orders, or we will buy more for the same purpose for those Turn-key orders. You can either ask us to ship back to you these unused parts together with the loaded boards or keep them on our shelf for your next order. -
Do you offer lead-free assembly?
Of course, we provide RoHS lead-free assembly. -
What are the accepted minimum size parts?
No limit for the max size and for min one our capacity can reach down to 01005.
