Online AOI
Automated Optical Inspection, through high-speed and high-precision visual inspection, the possible defects of PCB board can be found, and the problems can be eliminated early in the production process.
Testing
Including a series of appearance and parameter tests, such as copper thickness test, flying probe, peel strength test, ensure the boards will work properly.
FQC/FQA
Final Quality Control/Assurance, back-end quality testing and assurance, ensure the quality of the products.
OQC
Outgoing Quality Control, when the PCBs are finished, our OQC inspectors will review the boards in accordance with the acceptable standard, they are independent and responsible to the customers.
